Apologies for not blogging - busy week.  Little Black Boy has been struggling with weight gain, and I am worried there may be a congenital problem.  Giving him lots of private nursings and extra supportive care to give him the best possible chance.  He was a perfectly normally sized Golden retriever pup at birth, but his sibs are so much bigger.  All the other pups and Alpine are doing great.  BioSensor exercises continue.  Pups received their first nail trim.  Starting to do more human interaction with the pups, although eyes are still mostly closed and the pups mostly eat and sleep at this age.  Puppy weights for the big pups ranged from 1 1b 13 oz (Red Girl) to almost 2 lbs (Green and Yellow Boys).  Little Black Boy weighed in at 1 lb 2 oz.
